Spreadsheet & loads
The load-register tab is selected automatically. All numbered loads are imported, including sold loads above “Blue is on the floor in Walker” and assigned loads. Pickup dates with explicit times create new scheduled appointments using the default duration, subject to loading hours and capacity. Existing appointment dates, times, driver details and notes stay unchanged. Dates without times do not create appointments. Loads missing from the new workbook disappear from lookup; their appointments remain.
